Zack has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. He holds multiple training certifications from ISSA and NCCPT Stretch Certifications and has experience training a diverse clientele to fit their needs and reach their goals. Zack is also a professional men’s physique competitor in body building. Over the course of his endeavors, he has always had STRETCHING as his number 1 way of helping clients prevent injuries!
Leah has a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Hampton University. With past internships and jobs in the field of sports medicine, she is deeply passionate about optimizing body movement and enhancing overall health. Her background in kinesiology fuels her commitment to helping clients improve their flexibility, reduce discomfort, and achieve their wellness goals. With a keen interest in physical therapy, She is dedicated to leveraging her skills to support individuals on their wellness journey and make a meaningful impact on her client’s lives.
